Join Claire, certified 200-RYT yoga instructor, for a Vinyasa Flow class at Bucktown Gallery. Vinyasa Yoga is the practice of synchronizing breath to movement. In this class, you will center, strengthen, and sweat with a variety of yoga poses and fluid movements to get your heart rate up and detoxify from the inside out. All levels welcome.
